Building a business has many similarities to coaching, in that you need to create a vision of what you want before you will know the right path to getting there.

In this module, you’ll not only develop your vision for what you want your business to look like, but how you want it to operate, and all the other details that go into creating a sustainable, healthy business.

You’ll spend time reflecting on your personal values and identifying why those matter in your business.

Module 2

Know & Validate Your Ideal Client

One of the best parts about owning your own business is getting to determine who you want to work with in your practice.

But, this is one foundational piece in your business that can accelerate your success, or slow it down – so you want to make sure you nail it on the head the first time.

During this module, you’ll learn how to create an ideal client profile and how to validate whether or not this ideal client type will be the springboard you need in your business to help you get started.

Then, you’ll use the roadmap worksheet to create a complete plan for your business.

Module 3

Set Up Your Business

This is the module that will transform your dream into a reality! We’ll walk through everything from registering your business with your state to choosing the right insurance to setting up how you’re going to get paid!

Your Business Systems

Once you business is established, protected and registered, it’s time to set up the system that make it run.

Action Week #1 – Your Grand Opening

It’s time to celebrate! In this module, you’re ready to open your coaching practice up to the world and start taking on your first clients!
We know this is an exciting yet intimidating step, which is why we’re right by your side as you shake off the jitters and show the world how you help.
In this module, you’ll learn ways to make a buzz about your new business and start booking your calendar with consults!

Module 11

Action Week #2 – Your 1st Clients

At this point in the program, you’re in full action-mode! You’ll be implementing your marketing strategy, scheduling meetings, and spreading your wings as a full-on business owner!

In this module, you’ll set and complete some key action items to move your business forward and build momentum. We’ll review the work you’ve done to put together your process so that you’re first clients feel like you’ve been doing this for years!

Module 12

Action Week #3 – Creating Momentum in Your Business

In this final module, we’ll touch on building momentum in your business through consistent daily actions that intentionally move your business forward.
We’ll cover when to raise your prices, when to look at expanding your offers, and other considerations as you begin to book up your calendar!

Jen Wright, NBC-HWC

Jen Wright is the founder and owner of Wellspired Co. With over 14 years of experience in Digital Marketing, a Certified Master Marketer (Funnel Gorgeous Society), and a Nationally-Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Jen specializes in helping health and wellness professionals create and build thriving business that aligns with their values & lifestyle goals.

Jen’s background as a Board-Certified Health and Wellness coach gives her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that health and wellness businesses face. She knows firsthand what it takes to build a successful practice and how to help clients achieve their health goals. This also allows her to bring a great deal of value to her work as a business and marketing strategist. She is able to offer her clients a holistic perspective on their businesses, taking into account not just their marketing and growth strategies, but also integrate their own wellbeing as an aspect of a successful business strategy.

By combining her expertise as a health and wellness coach with her skills as a business and marketing strategist, Jennifer is able to develop customized strategies that help her clients achieve their goals and grow their businesses in a sustainable way. FAQs

Do I have to be an NBC-HWC to join this program?

No. You do not have to be a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach to join this program, but it is recommended that you are certified with another governing coaching organization, like ICF, or are planning to become an NBC-HWC. Our program adheres to the NBHWC code of ethics.

 

How much time is required?

Each week, there will be 1 module with videos and action items to complete. The time needed will vary depending on your technical knowledge, and desired time to research options. It’s a good idea to plan for at least an hour to work on the action items each week, however, our templates and resources will save you a lot of time over doing it all on your own!

 

If I’m currently in training to become a certified coach, can I join this program?

Yes! You can start your business even before you are certified and begin working on everything we’ll be learning together throughout the program. The only small difference is that you may not be ready to announce your business yet, but many of the marketing strategies we’ll be teaching you to attract new clients can also be used to book practice sessions needed for your certification!

 

Are CEUs Available for this program?

Yes! WCBA is an approved continuing education program for the NBHWC for 15 credits. Upon completion of the program, there will be a short survey you are required to complete in order to receive your certificate of completion.
